A multinational insurance company in Mexico sought Redbridge's advice regarding the cost/benefit of outsourcing health insurance operations and investing in technology.
Redbridge developed a complete operations and systems analysis, produced projections of activities, surveyed regional office capabilities and cost structure, reviewed legal and licensure issues associated with the project, surveyed the market and opinions about the concept and formed a general recommendation that encouraged the project to go forward. Redbridge then developed an intensive, detailed business plan implementing the business model tested in the feasibility study.
