Bachelor and post-graduated studies in Actuarial Science and Statistics at the University of Iowa. Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA), the American Society of Actuaries (ASA), and the International Society of Actuaries. Has more than 30 years of experience in life and health reinsurance markets.

Sandra SantiagoVice President of Operations

More than 25 years in the insurance industry. She began her carrier in the Institute of National Insurance of Costa Rica (INS). Has a MBA in the University Metropolitana of Costa Rica. She has been in Redbridge since 2002.

Dr. Boris Garcia ZakzukChief Medical & Underwriting Officer

Attained his medical degree from National University of Colombia. He began his insurance career in 1987 at Aetna Life & Casualty in Hartford, CT. He was Vice President & Medical Director of the Health division at GenRe Life Health in Stamford. He is a member of the American Academy of Insurance Medicine, and joined Redbridge in late 2009.

Alexis GonzálezInternal Controls Officer

More than 20 years in the insurance industry. He has held the CFO and CEO executive positions at a Life, Accident and Health insurance carrier in Puerto Rico. Has a BBA in accounting from the University of Puerto Rico, is a member of the Puerto Rico Society of CPAs and The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Ana MarshChief Legal Officer

Has been in the insurance industry for more than 20 years. Prior to joining Redbridge Group as its Chief Legal Officer, was General Counsel for Cairnstone Re, a Munich Re company, and before that she was VP and Assistant General Counsel at John Alden Life Insurance Company. She is a graduate of the University of Miami - School of Law.
